Fixed Bugs/Issues

I fixed a couple of issues. It was working on the computer I coded it on, but not on my desktop. Now, the program only combines the file and records audio if there is a microphone.

I'm still trying to figure out how to sign the .exe, but it seems to be very expensive. If I can't find a way to do it, I might make it so you download a zip with the .exe installer so that chrome doesn't falsely recognize my app as dangerous.
